Story of this Photo
It was on a team outing from Nokia, that I visited the Sakleshpur. Sakleshpur is the home to a magnificent mountain ranges situated in Western Ghats. it is one of the bio diversity hot sports in Karnataka and a favorite destination of trekkers. It was also my major trekking trip after moving to Bangalore. It was back in 2012 and physically I was a lot more fit then. I usually prefer archaeological sites for my trips, but this trekking expedition was so amazing. We trekked the mountain ranges standing at 3700 feet and covered with grass lands. At the top of the mountain, the view was nothing but heavenly. Someone from our group took this amazing shot. The clouds were slowly closing on the mountains. The air was clean and crisp. It was one of the moments that I felt so close to nature. Even tough my Nokia career was short, I always remember this trip with great affection.
I love how the clouds hoover over the hills - very dramatic! This is such a refreshing side of India!
